– Jazz organist Joey DeFrancesco will perform Sunday at the Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Ballroom, 4650 Lindle Road, Harrisburg. The night will open with a 5 p.m. youth band performance. [$10 to $25]

– YorkArts will host a potluck-style dinner for York County Artists and art enthusiasts 6 to 10 p.m. Friday at the YorkArts@CityArt gallery, 118 W. Philadelphia St., York. [Free; bring a dish to share]
– Hanover Area Arts Guild’s annual Student Show features 200 pieces from 11 local middle and high schools. See it through March 27 at the guild gallery, 32 Carlisle St., Hanover.
– Local high school artists will create chalk murals during the Chalk It Up! event noon to 5 p.m. Saturday at the York Galleria, 2899 Whiteford Road, Springettsbury Township.
